Checking Import Status in Trial Cloud

To check the status of your imports, click Imports/Export status from the Documents page.

 Click the Imports tab. There you will find links allowing you to view batch detailsshow documents from the batch, and check if the batch has errors.

 Click the Actions tab to view details on the import, including links to documents, duplicates, and upload and processing statistics. You can give the batch a name to easily identify it. Click here to learn how.

 Click the Errors tab to view any preprocessing or processing errors. After you resolve them, click resolve and write a description of the action taken.
